A 7-day free trial, during which participants can explore the content risk-free. After the 7-day trial, the full course fee will be charged unless the participant cancels during the trial period.
Full access to the course for the duration of the program following the trial.

4-Week Bootcamp: The course also includes an optional 4-week bootcamp, designed for more intensive learning and application of The 1% Theory in wealth, health, and success. Bootcamp participants are expected to complete assignments and participate actively in any group sessions or activities to maximize results.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide the tools and strategies necessary for success, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes. Results will vary depending on individual effort, commitment, and personal circumstances. The content provided is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional advice.

Participants acknowledge that achieving progress in wealth, health, or success requires consistent effort and application of the material provided in the course. The course does not promise or guarantee specific financial gains, health improvements, or success milestones.

4. No Refund Policy

By enrolling in The 1% Theory, you acknowledge and agree that we have a strict no-refund policy. After the 7-day free trial, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Please carefully consider your commitment before enrolling in the course beyond the trial period.

Once the trial period ends, participants are fully responsible for payment and understand that no refunds will be given, even if they choose not to complete the course or are dissatisfied with the results.

5. Payment and Billing

The payment for the full course will be automatically charged at the end of the 7-day free trial unless canceled within that period. Participants agree to provide accurate billing information and ensure that all payments are completed on time. Any payment issues may result in suspension or loss of course access.

For the 4-week bootcamp, the payment is due upfront. This fee is non-refundable, as outlined in our no-refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within the course, including videos, documents, and other content, are the intellectual property of The 1% Theory. Participants are prohibited from sharing, copying, reproducing, or distributing any course content without written consent. Any violation of this policy may result in legal action and immediate removal from the course without refund.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and communicated to participants. Continued enrollment in the course after any modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
